Ballarat in Winter always calls for comfort food, but in 2020, we’d say it’s a necessity. Introducing the Ballarat Pasta Challenge, from August 10, we’ll be letting our troubles pass away while floating on a cloud of carbs.

We’re challenging venues small and large to create a pasta made with love to comfort our locals through the last weeks of Winter. To our local diners, we challenge you to work your way through Ballarat’s most delicious pasta experience. Many of which will be available both dine-in and take-away!
