Come and experience a foraged feast!
Let The Workshop Cafe and Ballarat’s own Irena De Loche take you on a journey of foraging, cooking and eating edible weeds and plants, that you can find in your own backyard.

This introduction to a new food movement includes a 5-course tasting menu, offering you knowledge you can take home and share with dinner guests.

Local vegan producers showcased:
Spring Creek Organics, Ballarat Mushroom Farm, homegrown edible weeds.
