Using rescued local ingredients, the team will highlight how imagination and resourcefulness can create an Italian banquet.
It takes a village to create an Italian feast. On this night, Ballarat’s village of corporate volunteers have banded together to learn and create these traditional Italian dishes, guided by Ballarat’s leading Chefs.
Then dance the night away to Ballarat’s own The All Ordinaries

Bungaree Potatoes, Inglenook Dairy, Western Plains Pork
