Eclectic Tastes is going all out with everything gin, with a five course, gin inspired degustation menu, featuring gin tastings from Ballarat’s own Kilderkin Distillery.
Kilderkin Distillery is living their dream of producing high quality spirits that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Middle Eastern Lamb Shoulder – honey dusted carrots, pistachio buckwheat pomegranate tabouli, crispy chickpeas and baby kale, with a glass of Byrne - Coghills Pinot Noir or Chardonnay. Tuki Farm Lamb, Backyard Beekeeping Ballarat, Mount Zero Chickpeas.

Corn fritters - sriracha cashew yoghurt, fresh herbs zucchini ribbons, beetroot, Egyptian nut dukkha, citrus dressing.
