One night in May, The Forge menu will be taken-over with the fresh and often unexpected flavours and flare of Indian cuisine. A Fresh Concept brings Indian street food to Ballarat. The Forge Pizzeria head chef Scott Barclay, in collaboration with Ronnie Singh from the East India Trading Co, is eager to take over the menu with an authentic dining experience; an Indian feast.
Living in India years ago, Scott fell in love with the cuisine. He has invited Ronnie to help create a feast that takes traditional street dishes, elevating them with fresh produce and a modern twist. Aside from the subcontinental weather, A Fresh Concept: Menu Takeover #1 brings India to Ballarat.
