Sara Kittelty (of Kittelty's at the Gallery) and Brigid Corcoran (of Saltbush Kitchen) will again collaborate for Eat the 'Rat, dreaming up cocktails & food representing the town we love.
You tag - we create! Tag your fave pics of Ballarat's streets and beyond #eattherat.
12 photos will be chosen and the night's food and cocktail menu will be designed to reflect what you love about the 'Rat. Inspire and challenge them with street art, rural landscapes and quirky corners, but get your photos in by 25th April 2018.
