The team from Pickles Bar are teaming up with a whole lot of friends to bring you the “hottest” event of Plate Up Ballarat 2019 - the inaugural Chilli Fest!

Your imagination will be reeling (and your eyes may be watering) at the thought of all things chilli - think chilli beer, chilli hot chocolate, chilli ice cream, pickled chilli, hot wings, from cuisines as diverse as Indian, Mexican and Spanish. Sweet, savoury, solid liquid - there are no limits to what can be done with chilli!
