In house cured shaved porchetta, St. George cheese, saute spinach, local forest mushroom “milk cup” in a sourdough bread.

Open Steak Sandwich - “Locals Manwich”. Using Basilio sourdough bakery, eggs from Millbrook and Wagyu from Ballan. Paired with Mitchel Harris Cab Sauvignon Pyrenees.
PLANT UP BALLARAT - available for the whole month of May.
