Goldfields “Farm to Table Lunch” is a showcase of the relationships between local farmers and RACV Goldfields, which result in nothing less than great food and beverage experiences.

Local Producers showcased:
Tuki, Millbrook Free Range eggs, Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese, Ballarat Mushroom Farm,  Sher Wagyu

In house cured shaved porchetta, St. George cheese, saute spinach, local forest mushroom “milk cup” in a sourdough bread.

LUNCH LTD. - available for the whole month of May.

Open Steak Sandwich - “Locals Manwich”. Using  Basilio sourdough bakery, eggs from Millbrook and Wagyu from Ballan. Paired with Mitchel Harris Cab Sauvignon Pyrenees.

PLANT UP BALLARAT - available for the whole month of May.

2 courses - main & dessert. Portobello mushroom, followed by rhubarb & apple.
